ALOHA and Welcome!

Kohala Ditch Co-op, Incorporated (“KD Coop”) is a for-profit Consumer Cooperative Association (“CCA”) organized under the laws of the State of Hawaii (HRS Chapter 421C). KD Coop is NOT a federal tax exempt 501(c)(3) charitable entity, nor is it a non-profit.  It is a member-owned business whose purpose is to provide reliable, low cost, non-potable water service from Kohala Ditch to the cooperative’s members.

Membership in KD Coop is limited to organizations of users who have accepted responsibility for the pipeline(s) they use and who meet all membership qualification requirements of KD Coop.  KD Coop does NOT provide service directly to individual users — individual users must join member pipeline associations to receive service.
